In order for an entry on the Exhibitor listing to link to a Floor Plan that has been uploaded the “Floor Plan Name” field will need to be filled in for each Exhibitor entry. The “Floor Plan Name” field can be found on the Exhibitor template as well as in the CMS when adding an individual exhibitor via the “Add Exhibitors” button or when editing an Exhibitor listing (via the Edit icon (the pencil & paper) in the Action column).
Enter the floor plan name (exactly as you have entered the name when uploading the floor plan in the artwork section of the CMS). This will create the link between the exhibitor entry & the floor plan image resulting in the "Map It" icon appearing in the app.
