As the event organizer, you can download an Excel report from the CMS reports section that would contain the data of the session check ins. The Excel report contains two tabs, on one tab the data is sorted by the list of sessions with the attendees who checked in at each session. On the other tab the list is sorted by attendees, so it would have each attendee’s name and then the list of sessions they checked in at. It also contains the date and time in which they checked in.
You can also view these numbers directly within the Session Tracking module report within the reports section of the event CMS.
To access this section you’ll want to take the following steps: Reports – expand the left menu and click REPORTS – Module Details – Session Tracking.
One item to note, in order for that report to be visible on the CMS, the icon does need to be visible on the main menu of the app.
