Interactive Floor Plans Troubleshooting
The following are some troubleshooting ideas when it comes to Interactive Floor Plans -
Issue: The booths/rooms are not showing at all to be Mapped in the Interactive Floor Plans module on the CMS.
Reason: You will want to make sure that your Rooms/Booths are assigned to the applicable Floor Plan Name within the Floor Plan Name field in the schedule/exhibitor module for all your records.
Issue: When trying to assign the Room/Booth, the drop down of options is not appearing when you start typing the room name/booth number.
Reason: The Floor Plan Name field is case sensitive. If the Floor Plan Name is not matching capitalizations between the Floor Plan Name field on the schedule/exhibitor list and the name of the Floor Plan image uploaded to the Artwork section of the CMS, this can cause the issue of the drop down selections not appearing. Please check the floor plan names in both places.
