Numeric Values for Survey Answers

For TripBuilder Media built in objective questions there is a numeric value box next to each answer option. To pull in the answers to the combined rating report those numeric value boxes must be filled in. These boxes represent the value for each answer and those values are then what are used to calculate the combined rating report. When entering your answers (especially if your question is a rating style question – such as Please rate this session) make sure the numeric value matches what the answer option is.

For example, if the answer options are:
Excellent
Good
Fair
Poor

You will want to make sure Excellent has a numeric value of 4 (since it’s the highest) and Poor has the numeric value of 1 (since it’s the lowest).
