Pre-Assigned Schedules

Pre-Assigned Schedules

Pre-assign sessions to your users’ MySchedule so that when they tap on the MyShow > MySchedule icon, they will see the session you selected for them. This can be done one of two ways:

1. Via a Template: Download the Attendee Template and fill in the “Event Unique ID on Schedule” field with the Unique ID of the session (from the Schedule Module) that person should see on their MySchedule. Multiple session Unique IDs can be separated with a pipe symbol.

2. Individually: In the Attendee Module, click the pencil edit icon in the Action column to edit an individual record. Fill in the “Event Unique ID on Schedule” field with the Unique ID of the session (from the Schedule Module) that person should see on their MySchedule. Multiple session Unique IDs can be separated with a pipe symbol.
