Surveys via 3rd Party Link

Our apps also have the ability to link to 3rd party survey URLs in place of using our built in survey functionality. These 3rd party URLs can be from websites such as SurveyMonkey or SurveyGizmo. The results from 3rd party surveys would be accessed on the website from which the survey is from.
