Video Files in Supplemental Icon Modules
- There is a 10MB file size limit for a single video file.
- Video files cannot be uploaded for a module in a grid style format. They can only be uploaded as a single entry in the module (meaning when you click on the icon it would open the single video).
- If you have multiple videos you will need to upload them as URLs in the grid style format.
- The user must have a connection to view video files. We are storing the video on our server and the native applications use its URL to play the video.
We highly recommend that the videos are hosted on URLs as it provides you with the most versatility.
