App Login Styles

App Login Styles

We offer 4 different login styles on our apps.

Login Only: This login style requires every user of the app to have a username and password assigned to them by the event organizer. In order for anyone to log into the app they will need to use the username and password that has been entered into the CMS.

  • Benefits of Login Only:
    • Most secure & protected
    • Ability to control everyone who has access to the app
    • Users can access personalized lists across multiple devices
    • Certain features require a Login Only setup

Create an Account: This login styles allows users to create their own username and password using their email address as the username. Anyone has access to the app once they create their account.

  • Benefits of Create an Account:
    •  No setup of logins required from event organizer
    • Users can access personalized lists across multiple devices

No Login: This login style means that the app is accessible and open to anyone who has access to the app stores. Once a user downloads the app, they will automatically see all information within the app when they open it.

  • Benefits of No Login:
    • No setup of logins required from event organizer
    • Nothing required from users prior to accessing data in the app

Member/Non-Member (Combination Login): This login style combines 2 of the above login styles to allow for segmented access for your users. For example, members can log in via Login Only and access all of your data while non-members can create their own accounts and only access limited data.

  • Benefits of Combination Login:
    • Ability to restrict certain parts of the app while still allowing access to others.
    • The benefits of the different styles mentioned above.
