Calendar – Manage Months

Calendar – Manage Months

Within the Calendar module on the CMS, click the Action drop down and select Manage Months to have control over the naming convention, display, and sort order of the months on your calendar. Within the Manage Months pop up, there is an edit icon (pencil & paper) to edit the name of the month as well as to set the month as Expanded or Collapsed.

Expanded view: When users go into the calendar on the app they will see all events for that month displayed under the month header.

Collapsed view: When users go into the calendar on the app they will see the month header and must click on the Month header to view all events for that month.

Also within the pop up, drag and drop the months to reorder how they display in the app.

Inactivate months by clicking the green Active button so it changes to the red Inactive button.

Add additional months by clicking the “Add Month” button. *This is great if you have events for the following year you would like displayed on the calendar such as – March 2022.
