Contact App Developer

Located within the Help Desk icon in the app, this is where app users can contact the app developer (TripBuilder Media) if they have an app related question.

Users would click the “Submit Support Ticket” button, enter their question, and submit. TripBuilder Media has a team of agents who monitor these support tickets and will reply back with answers/solutions.
