*This only applies if you have the App Subowner feature in your app.

 

The user group in the Leaders & Staff module is directly related to the app subowner feature. When you assign a user group to a “leader & staff” entry or an “expert” entry that dictates who app sub owners can edit when they login.

 

For example, if an expert is assigned to the “Board Committee” then only app sub owners who are part of the same “Board Committee” see that expert when they log in to the CMS. They also have the ability to edit that entry as well.

 

If the entries in the Leaders & Staff module do not have any groups assigned to them they will be accessible for any app sub owners when they log into the CMS.
