How to Use Check-In via QR Code – Event Organizer Perspective
As the event organizer, if you have the Check-Ins feature in your app this will be managed through the Schedule module on the CMS. As you upload sessions to your schedule there will be a QR code icon in the Actions column for each.
This QR code is specific to the session and has all of the session information tied to it (name, date, time, etc.).
To download the QR codes for your users to scan you can either download each QR code PDF individually or in bulk.
- To Download Individual QR code PDFs – Click the QR code icon in the Actions column for the session you wish to download the QR code PDF for. This will download the individual PDF for that session.
- To Download QR code PDFs in bulk – Click the ‘Download QR Code PDFs’ option in Actions. This will download a .zip file that contains all of the session QR code PDFs.

Check-in via QR code only allows for attendees to check in. There is not a check out function.

You cannot have check-ins via 4 digit code AND check-ins via QR code. Only one type can be used per event.
